7	Cumin powder	30	Gms
8	Fennel seeds	10	Gms
9	Salt	10	Gms
10	Oil	60	Ml
11	Lemon	1	No
12	Green Coriander	25	Gms

Method Gobhi Adraki Recipe

Wash, clean, remove stem and cut cauliflower in to florets. Gobhi Adraki Recipe
Peel and grate the ginger, chop green chillies. Gobhi Adraki Recipe
Parboil the cauliflower with salt and turmeric till just cooked. Remove and refresh

Add coriander powder, cumin powder and cook further till oil separates from masala
